This is the start of another attempt to get into a web-design like hobby. Since taking web design classes in high school and setting up my personal website for school, I have not made a web site for my own enjoyment. In this first post I want to lay out the basic elements that I feel make an attractive site. This could help keep me grounded in not straying off my initial vision as I blog more and more but also could serve as a memory of how I felt first starting out. Either way, it will be interesting looking back.

- Unique
- Easy to follow and jump into
- Diverse in media
- Enough content to warrant revisiting, by either frequent short posts or by longer posts every now and then
